It's June 20th, 1947. Former cop Clint Braddock is drinking at a bar on Sunset Boulevard when he gets a call from his ex-girlfriend, Beverly. Bugsy Siegel's just been murdered, and she found the body. She's terrified and needs his help. Fast. Braddock arrives to find the aftermath of a violent, sadistic murder. Not your typical mob hit. It almost looks like the work of...Eaters. Amidst the carnage, Braddock finds evidence that someone may be trying to pin the murder on him. Braddock is part Eater, and he's spent years keeping his true nature hidden. But it looks like someone knows what he is, and is using it to implicate him in the biggest crime to hit Los Angeles in decades. Now, the seat of power in the criminal underworld is up for grabs, and rumors of a Vampire crime syndicate emerging as major players look disturbingly plausible. As Braddock is pulled deeper into the hunt for Siegel's killer, he'll find he's either the ideal ally for the Vampire cause, or the perfect weapon to stop it. It all depends on where his loyalties lie.
Pre-Orders
When purchasing a pre-order item, you are putting in a request months in advance of a products release date.
When placing a pre-order, we are explicitly requesting a purchase order through the distributor and once the product has arrived it shall be shipped within 24 hours.
Due to the fact that pre-order purchases are special orders submitted directly to the distributor on your behalf, all Pre-Order sales are final and cannot be cancelled once the order cutoff date has passed. If you have any questions regarding this policy please reach out to us directly before placing an order.
Delivery dates are accessible on every item page however pre-order items are sometimes late and do not meet the release dates provided to us by our distributors. We unfortunately can not control vendor and distributor release dates but we will update our products with the new shipping dates if/when we receive new release dates from the manufacturer or our distributors.
Shipping Rates
At Red Vendetta Comics, we believe shipping quality is a top priority so all of our comics are bagged and boarded, sandwich-packed in high-density corrugated cardboard sheets and then shipped in gemini comic mailers to ensure your comics get to you the same way they were shipped.
Our shipping providers are USPS and UPS and we use a tiered method of shipping that varies by weight. Due to the weight and size differences between all comics and collecibles, please use the following rates as approximations only, as actual shipping rates may vary.
- Approx. 1-2 comics: $5.99
- Approx. 2-7 comics: $7.99
- Approx. 7-16 comics: $16.99
- 16+ comics: Vary by weight/volume
- Toys, Statues & games: Vary by weight/volume
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 24 hours and orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Packages should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days however actual delivery times may vary due to Covid-19, as there are different restrictions in place per state.
*Please note that condition of books is not guaranteed. We do our best ship the highest quality comics possible however it is impossible to guarantee NM and higher comics 100% of the time. Most books sold are NM- and higher unless noted otherwise.
